Referral Policy Terms and Conditions

• Referral rewards are only valid for referrals who complete a qualifying action, such as making a purchase or signing up for a paid subscription, upon registration. Referral rewards will not be paid for simply adding a user to the platform.
• Referral rewards will be paid out at the end of each month, based on the total number of qualifying referrals that have been generated during that period.
• The referral commission amount will be based on the pre-tax amount of the qualifying purchase made by the referred user.
• Referral rewards will be credited to the referrer's bank account within 10 business days after the end of the month. However, the company will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the referrer if they have not provided accurate and up-to-date bank account details. The referrer is solely responsible for ensuring that their account information is correct and up-to-date. In the event that the company is unable to credit the referral reward to the referrer's account due to inaccurate or incomplete account information, the referral reward will be forfeited and will not be reissued.
• Referral rewards may be subject to certain restrictions or limitations, such as a minimum purchase amount or a maximum payout limit per user. The company reserves the right to modify or terminate these restrictions or limitations at any time, without prior notice or obligation to users.
• Referral rewards can only be credited to the referrer's bank account and cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for other rewards or services.
• The referrer is responsible for ensuring that their referrals comply with all applicable terms and conditions, including any restrictions on who may participate in the referral program.
• The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, without prior notice or obligation to users.
• Any disputes or claims arising from the referral program will be resolved in accordance with the company's standard dispute resolution procedures.
